This binder includes training material from a federally funded project designed to improve services to youth aging out foster care. The project used a positive youth development approach to train child welfare professionals, foster parents, and school personnel.A training curriculum was developed through a collaboration of foster youth, foster parents, professional child welfare workers, state child welfare workers, State child welfare policy decision makers, State training staff, staff from the national resource centers, University of Kansas technology staff, and University of Kansas faculty and training staff.
