STAR, successful transitions for adult readiness : interdisciplinary training. Participant version

This participant’s manual contains outlines and handouts from a curriculum for child welfare professionals about independent living services for foster youth. Developed by the Academy of Professional Excellence of the San Diego State University School of Social Work as part of the STAR (Successful Transitions for Adult Readiness) Project, the training program is intended to improve outcomes for youth transitioning out of foster care.
