National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA)

NASWA is a national organization of state administrators of unemployment insurance, employment and training services and labor market information programs. The mission of NASWA is to strengthen the National Workforce Development Network through information exchange, liaison and advocacy. The Center for Employment Security Education and Research is the education and research arm of NASWA devoted to improving government services to America’s workers and employers.This website offers information about the WIA system, national legislative news, calendar of events, and a subject resource browser with several workforce development topics.
