As part of our technical assistance, CIBHS provides webinars to
assist county child welfare and mental/behavioral health
departments, focusing our work on components of the framework and
models as outlined in the Core Practice Model (CPM).
We welcome you to our eLearning course, entitled Foundations of
Behavioral Health: Partnering to Serve the Mental Health Needs of

Institute of Behavioral Health Solutions, funded though a
contract with the California Department of Health Care Services.
This eLearning module gives an overview of California’s public
children’s mental health system.

mentors, therapists, and other service providers. This
webinar focuses on how to prepare them to participate in the team
